These terms cover your use of the sleepingsolution website and your purchases from it. By placing an order you agree to them. They're written to be readable; if anything is unclear, ask us.
1. Who we are
sleepingsolution is an online store operated from Hong Kong. Contact: xiaowen.yu.work@gmail.com.
2. Products and pricing
We do our best to describe every product accurately, including materials, sizes and what it does. Colours can look different on screens. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price at checkout is the one you pay. If we list a price by obvious mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Not medical advice
We sell products that studies suggest can support better sleep. They are not medical devices and aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Where we cite research, it's for information. If you have a sleep disorder or a health concern, talk to a doctor. Sleep products with weight or heat aren't suitable for infants; check the product page for age and safety notes.
4. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel or limit orders when we suspect fraud, resale, or an error, and we'll refund anything you've paid. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and its partners; we never see your full card number.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
These are set out in our Shipping policy and Returns and refunds policy, which form part of these terms.
6. Your account and conduct
If you create an account, keep your login private and tell us if you think it's been used without permission. Don't use the site for anything unlawful, or try to interfere with how it works.
7. Our content
The text, images, logo, mascot and design of this site belong to sleepingsolution or our licensors. You can share links; please don't copy or reuse our content commercially without asking.
8. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review, photo or suggestion, you allow us to use it on the site and in our marketing, with credit to your first name. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
